Ezriel Kornel, M.D. F.A.C.S., a principal with Brain & Spine Surgeons of New York in White Plains, has been named to the list of the nation’s top 100 orthopedic and spine physicians by Becker’s Orthopedic & Spine Review. Dr. Kornel is one of only three spine surgeons in New York State on the list.
According to Becker’s, a bimonthly publication addressing business and legal issues relating to orthopedic and spine practices, “the physicians on this list were selected for their leadership positions within professional societies, management positions at surgery centers and hospitals and their important contributions to the field of orthopedic and spine surgery.”
Dr. Kornel is on the Board of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and is the Past President of the New York State Neurosurgical Society. He also is the host of the WOR-AM radio show “Back Talk Live,” a call-in medical show devoted to back and neck pain, and brain disorders.
